Nick Carey

Nick joined Bellanno as Managing Director following three years as the Chief Commercial Officer at Capital City College Group, London's largest Further Education provider. At CCCG he was responsible for diversifying the Group's income streams and setting up new ventures, including 01Founders - a joint venture coding school - and CCCE, the commercial arm of CCCG.

Prior to CCCG, Nick spent six years at Shaw Trust - one of the UK's largest charities with the ambition to transform 1m lives each year - latterly as the Group's Chief Strategy Officer. Alongside group strategy, Nick also oversaw the Group's marketing, policy and communications, international, assurance, risk and governance and strategic projects functions. At Shaw Trust, Nick played central roles in the acquisitions and integrations of Prospects, Ixion, Disabled Living Foundation and CDG as well as the formation of Shaw Education Trust.

Nick has also held several non executive roles, including as the European Deputy Vice President for Rehabilitation International - a global alliance of organisations and experts creating a more inclusive world for people with disabilities.
